  4. Injuries resulting from the following: Natural disasters, e.g. earthquakes, landslides, tsunamis, flooding, Conflicts, social unrest, riots, wars, etc.
  5. Epidemics and Pandemics
  6. Family planning commodities, including condoms
  7. Injuries that arise from extreme sports, e.g. car racing, horse racing, polo, mountaineering, Wrestling, Boxing, etc.
  8. Drug Abuse/Addiction
  9. Cosmetic surgery
  10. Orthodontic services, dental implants
  11. Transplant surgery, Joint replacements, and Prostheses
  12. Consultations with unregistered and unrecognised clinicians
  13. Artificial ventilation and use of a ventilator.
  14. Supply of Durable Medical Equipment
  15. Artificial insemination including In-vitro fertilization and ICSI
  16. Treatment of Congenital abnormalities requiring advanced surgical procedures
  17. Pre-School Health Examinations & Pre-Employment Health Examinations
  18. Renal Replacement Therapy Including Dialysis
  19. Herbal drugs, non-prescription drugs, food supplements, and experimental drugs and treatment
  20. Bariatric Surgeries
  21. Congenital Anomalies
  22. Eye Care and Foot Care for Diabetes 23. Cancer Treatment
  23. Circumcision for Adults
Definitions:
Home healthcare services shall be limited to:1. Wound care: this includes cleaning of wounds, dressing changes, and assessment for wound healing.

1.1. Visits: Up to 3x/week for a period of up to 1 month. 1.2. Limit: 3 months/year

2. Physical/Occupational therapy/Speech therapy:

2.1. Visits: up to 2x/week for up to 6 weeks 2.2. Limit: 3x/year

3. Medication administration/Education:

3.1. Visits: Up to 5x/week for a period of up to 2 weeks 3.2. Limit: 3x/year
