- Occupational and Industrial injuries to the extent covered under Employer’s Liability Insurance..
- All illnesses or injuries with more specific insurance cover.
- Injuries resulting from the following:
Natural disasters, e.g. earthquakes, landslides, tsunamis, flooding, Conflicts, social unrest, riots, and wars, etc. - Epidemics and Pandemics
- Family planning commodities, including condoms
- Injuries that arise from extreme sports, e.g. car racing, horse racing, polo, mountaineering, Wrestling, and Boxing etc.
- Drug Abuse/Addiction
- Cosmetic surgery
- Orthodontic services, dental implants
- Transplant surgery, Joint replacements, and Prostheses
- Consultations with unregistered and unrecognized clinicians.
- Artificial ventilation and use of a ventilator.
- Supply of Durable Medical Equipments
- Artificial insemination including In-vitro fertilization and ICSI
- Treatment of Congenital abnormalities requiring advanced surgical procedures
- Pre-School Health Examinitations & Pre-Employment Health Examiniations
- Renal Replacement Therapy Including Dialysis
- Herbal drugs, non-prescription drugs, food supplements, and experimental drugs and treatment
- Bariatric Surgeries
- Congenital Anomalies
- Eye Care and Foot Care for Diabetes
- Cancer Treatment
- Circumcision for Adult
